The literacy team will work with students to create a rich literate environment throughout our school community. We are excited about promoting such smart readers everywhere in our school. As you pass classrooms, you will see teachers reading aloud, students reading, and teachers and students deep in conversation about children's literature.
All students will take books home to read at night and on the weekends. We want the students to really start "living like readers". We will continue to grow as readers this year.
